Vi har åpnet for påfyllingsuttak for OSI Volleyball for vårsesongen 2025!
Uttaket vil foregå i uke 4 og 5, og vi leter etter nye spillere til å fylle ledige plasser på lagene våre. Dette er en flott mulighet til å bli en del av en inkluderende og aktiv volleyballklubb! 🎉

Ledige posisjoner per lag :

• D2: Midt

• D3: Midt, Legger

• D4: Midt, Kant, Diagonal

• D5: Midt

• D7: Alle posisjoner

• H3: Midt, Libero

• H4: Legger, Kant, Diagonal, Libero

• H5: Midt, Kant, Diagonal

• H6: Midt, Diagonal, Libero (åpent for andre posisjoner også)

• Nybegynnergruppe: Noen ledige plasser, trekning vil bli gjort etter uttakene for de andre lagene.

OSI Volleyball Tryouts – Spring 2025! 🏐

Welcome to the tryouts for OSI Volleyball this spring season! The tryouts will be held during weeks 4 and 5, and we are looking to fill vacant spots on our teams. This is a great chance to join an active and welcoming volleyball community! 🎉

Available positions per team:

• D2: Middle

• D3: Middle, Setter

• D4: Middle, Outside hitter, Diagonal

• D5: Middle

• D7: All positions

• H3: Middle, Libero

• H4: Setter, Outside hitter, Diagonal, Libero

• H5: Middle, Outside hitter, Diagonal

• H6: Middle, Diagonal, Libero (open for other positions too)

• Beginner Group: Limited spots, selection will be made after the other tryouts are completed.

Practical Information:
📅 When: Weeks 4 and 5, during each team’s training hours.

Coaches will contact you with more information once you have signed up.

Her er uttakstidene! 

• I uke 33 er det kun uttak for D1, H1, D2 og H2, og i uke 34 og 35 er det uttak for resten av lagene.
• Mandager og tirsdager er treningene i Blindern Athletica og på onsdag, torsdag og fredag er treningene på Domus Athletica. 
• Fristen for å melde seg på uttak er søndag 25. august kl 23. Vær obs på at noen lag er ferdig med uttak før den fristen. 

Møt opp i resepsjonen – der vil det stå et OSI Volleyball-medlem tar dere med videre.

Here are the tryout times!

• In week 33, there are tryouts only for D1, H1, D2 and H2, and in weeks 34 and 35, there are tryouts for the rest of the teams.

• On Mondays and Tuesdays, the training sessions are at Blindern Athletica, and on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, the training sessions are at Domus Athletica.

• The deadline to register for tryouts is Sunday, August 25th at 11 PM. Please note that some teams may complete their tryouts before this deadline.

Please meet at the reception – an OSI Volleyball member will be there to guide you further.

You have to attend the tryouts to get selected for one of our teams!
